This Contemporary Mediterranean residence in Denver's Hilltop neighborhood is one of the more ambitious projects we have completed. The design brief called for something that felt refined and elevated without losing the warmth and livability that makes a home actually work for the people inside it.

The result is a five bedroom, five bath home that balances those two things throughout. Expansive living spaces flow naturally into one another, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas designed as a cohesive open concept that works equally well for a quiet evening at home or a full gathering of family and friends. Curated finishes and abundant natural light run through every room, giving the home a sense of consistency and quality that is felt from the moment you walk in.

The indoor-outdoor connection was a central focus of the design. The transition from interior living spaces to the outdoor areas is seamless, creating a natural extension of the home rather than a separate afterthought. In a neighborhood like Hilltop, where the surroundings are as much a part of daily life as the home itself, that connection matters.

Every detail in this home was chosen with intention—the finishes, the proportions, the flow between spaces. This is what it looks like when the build process is treated as thoughtfully as the design.
